Did you already upgrade the RPi4's firmwares for booting and USB3.0 controller?
You can also directly install the LibreELEC diskimage onto the SSD, and then copy over all userdata and config folders. That way, resizing the partitions will not be a problem during a clone.
Two things for now..
- Always enable debugging in Kodi when you want to start troubleshooting. It can give you a more detailed log file.
- Countless entries of large audio sync error may indicate a problem with the video files, or maybe, them not being muxed as per ffmpeg standards.
A new, debug-enabled, kodi log file is welcome.
Could be a smallest fracture in the data connection.
Depending on how old your RPi4 is, you may still have to update its firmware for booting and the USB3 controller. If that has not yet been done, then you'll have a challenge getting the RPi4 to boot from USB. Perhaps you can still fix the SD slot problem(s).
Are you running Kodi on Android, or are you running LibreELEC?
Because the A-Sure Android box seems to be a Android Car box...
The RPi3 and 4's engines are totally different beasts, so unfortunately we cannot use the RPi3's 3D video routines on the RPi4. If it were possible, I'm sure it would have been tried already.

If I remove cma-512 from distroconfig.txt, Le10 works just fine.
Personally, I don't see the problem with that. I have never used cma settings in any LE release, and LibreELEC ran just fine.

It's more of a case of the "weakest link". Any device that fails a certain standard can affect all other connected devices.
I was only guessing that the weakest link is the Netgear NAS.

If your Netgear READY NAS 102 is too old to support SMBv2 and up, then the answer is no.

The focus for the RPi4's is AFAICT on:
1- HEVC+HDR
2- H264
3- The rest
3D is a slowly dying breed, more and more TVs are not 3D capable.
You may have to use the 3D+ quite a bit longer the way I see it.
It's not planned to add such functionality to the main core. LibreELEC/Kodi is designed as a CLIENT application and should be as lean and mean as possible.
You could try using Docker, there should be enough options for running one or more servers in there.
But i couldn't get the SMB to work so i did a reset
Kodi 19 defaults to SMBv2 and higher, while your server(s) may still stick to the quite unsecure SMBv1 version.
Double-check all setting in Kodi's network section as well in as your server setup.

Nvidia cards are still supported, but yours is some 11 years old now (an eternity in PC land). You could of course also NOT upgrade.
