Otherwise, if the log has many repetitive entries, cut those out.

So why should I change a running System
You don't have to. Nobody is being forced, especially with updates of major versions. Some people come to LibreELEC with a system that run OpenELEC, and it works fine for them with what they need. But lots of people want to update because they'll then have a higher version number...

Video and audio are not in sync anymore.
Sorry we have no crystal ball here, start with providing Kodi's debug log via pastebin.
Please provide a full debug log.How to post a log (wiki)1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging2. Restart Kodi3. Replicate the problem4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)
use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link -
What is the difference between HDMI0 and HDMI1?
You have two HDMI output ports, 0 and 1.
Whats is the difference between 1920x1080M@60 and with 60D? Deinterlacing?
Interlacing = 1080i , Progressive = 1080p. 60 is usually 60Hz or 60fps. No clue what the 'D' stands for.

Thanks, but I can't find Autoexec_service on LibreElec 10
If the files aren't there, simply create them. The same applies to the single autoexec.sh file. If it's not there in the .config folder, use the text editor nano to create/edit the file.

If you think we are sitting right next to you, and can already see what kind of hardware setup you use... Nope, that is not the case.
We'll need tech info, preferably via a Kodi debug log, posted on a pastebin website.

So how stable is le10 for x86_x64 for desktop.
It runs the amd ryzen 5 2400g
I've read about a couple of people running LE or Linux with Kodi, and that it's doing fine.
There is only one way for you to find it out for yourself, and that is to simply try it yourself.
Use a bootable USB stick and run LibreELEC for a testdrive.

I wouldn't throw away the previous databases (116+72) just yet. Make sure all works as it should with the new databases.
-
The result is that LE10 doesn't reach the DB "Your library is currently empty....".
Debug log file please.
I don't want to do anything to endanger my database, but am well aware that as soon as a connection is established, the db will be upgraded and unusable by the older clients.
Kodi does not touch the current database (MyVideos116) when/after upgrading. The new database is created, and the data is copied from the old to the new database, and adjusted where necessary.

Please update to 10.0.1, select Estuary skin, restart LibreELEC and test again.

Sounds to me like a Linux kernel bug that slipped into the 5.10...
What did you use before 10.0.0 ?
BTW, 10.0.1 is out. Does that fix anything?

Where and how should I post some logs?
For any issues, create a new thread in the appropriate forum section, and place log files onto pastebin or Kodi's pastebin website. Then paste the link thereof into your new thread.

It would be more reliable to run LE from the 8TB drive as less chance of failure than an SD card or USB stick.
Meh... Keeping your programs and tools away from your data is one lesson I learned years ago. Besides, disk fragmentation could be increased by all the small thumbnail cache files that will plant themselves amoung the big(ger) movie/tvshow files over time.
SDcards are at the top of the f-o-o-d chain as far as storage corruption goes, IMO.
USB-sticks are more sturdy, I have experienced much less corruption with them.
I now use a USB30/SATA cable on a OCZ Vertex 1 60GB SSD (from 2009...) for LibreELEC only, and it still works. All media is on a NAS.

The "msdos" partition table type is what LibreElec created for me when I installed the software using the imager.
Wait.. Are you installing LibreELEC itself directly on the 8TB drive? I would not recommend that.
Keep LibreELEC on a SDcard or bootable USB stick, and keep your media (movies/series/music) on the 8TB drive.
