So the question now is, how do I update it? In setting, it says there is an update and then it says: install manually please. And it's a clickable link. If I click on that, my browser downloads this file: PlexMediaServer-1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d-arm7.spk
I found this link where is a list of commands for updating manually through SSH. Will give it a go and see if it worked.

I can try installing PMS straight from the zip file, but I found only older version 1.0.4. There is newer version in Docker.
ok, so version 1.0.4 is working fine and I managed to get in through index.html
I installed LinuxServer.io add-on Repo. And then I installed docker add-on and Plex Media Server. Which I can't access through a web browser, because I was told that I have to forward a port between Docker and PMS, otherwise I won't be able to access it...
Anyway, if there's any easier way to install PMS, I'm all ears

I installed PMS through Docker and apparently, the port Plex is listening to has to be forwarded. Because when I try to access PMS through http://192.168.1.xx:32400/web it won't open.

I upgraded to CoreElec recently because I thought that it's something new, LibreElec is transforming to or something but it looks like it's a new separate developing community... And I'm not sure who should I stick with to get the best for my minix neo u1? What are you guys suggesting? Sticking with LibreElec or move to CoreElec? Thanks
Yeah, I always did update with img. Downgrade didn't work. So I tried TAR and it worked!
But nothing works properly anymore. Only one profile works. When I try to switch profile, it just freezes. Weird.
Looks like I'm gonna do clean install ...
did you use .tar or .img.gz?
I used .img. Does it make any difference?
Hi, I tried to downgrade to 8.2.0.1 by copying the file to UPDATE folder, like when I do updates, but After restart when the process starts, it just gives me an error and device boots back to version 9.0. Any other way how can I force the downgrade? thanks for any help. Thanks

what is file system you are using on the external harddrive? fat, ext, ntfs?
I think I just found the issue. In Libreelec settings / SMB, I changed it from SMB2-SMB3 to SMB1-SMB3 And that's it!

Hi everyone, I have a weird issue on my Minix NEO U1. It started last couple of versions back. I have two external hard drive connected to Minix and from time to time I copy some new content there. And it worked fine for months and suddnelly I get an error roughly half way through copying. I tried it from different machines - mac, ubuntu, windows and the error is there no matter what... Always the same scenario. File starts copying and between 1/3 and 1/2 there is an error saying that there is problem with either reading or writing. I can copy small files (roughly up to 2GB) without problem. But once it's 2gigs and up, error... If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please let me know. Thanks.
