Just add some code key for command KEY_FAVORITES in rc_maps.cfg, reboot and enjoy
For example 0x100 KEY_FAVORITES
Thanks, I added the code to my specific configuration file in the rc_keymaps directory.
And it worked!!

My box is a Tronsmart S95 Telos. Did a fresh install of CoreElec 8.90.1 on an SDCard.
Put the gxbb_p200_2G_1Gbit.dtb from the device_trees folder in the root as dtb.img.
The box booted ok, but as expected the remote was not working.
So I performed all the steps in the opening post to make the keymap configuration available to the system (as I have done succesfully before on the 8.90.0 build). It said that it had put 12 entries in the ir-keytable.
Did a reboot of the box, and the remote did not work.
So I tried again, same result. After that I did a fresh install of CoreElec 8.90.0 again on an SDCard.
And put the gxbb_p200_2G_1Gbit.dtb from the device_trees folder in the root as dtb.img.
As the remote was not working (as expected), I again performed the required steps as listed in the opening post.
After a reboot, the remote was working perfectly.... (8.90.0)
So I thought I had missed a step in the process, and repeated the same again on a fresh CoreElec 8.90.1 as I wrote above.
After a reboot the remote was not working..... (8.90.1)
I would like some help with this, as I am very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the CoreElec builds on my box.
What kind of information can I provide to tackle this issue?
Thanks
do these builds auto update?
Matt
yes
Thank you for all the time and effort you put into these builds!!
Remote config I used on my Tronsmart S95 Telos:
+# table tronsmart_s95, type: NEC
+0x18 KEY_POWER
+0x46 KEY_UP
+0x16 KEY_DOWN
+0x47 KEY_LEFT
+0x15 KEY_RIGHT
+0x55 KEY_ENTER
+0x14 KEY_VOLUMEDOWN
+0x40 KEY_BACK
+0x10 KEY_VOLUMEUP
+0x06 KEY_HOMEPAGE
+0x04 KEY_MENU
+0x42 KEY_CONFIG
GDPR-2 Thanks for the instructions to insert the remote codes!
Worked like a charm for my Tronsmart S95 Telos.
I am running this build on my Tronsmart Vega S95 Telos Amlogic S905.
Up to now everything is running smooth and ok, I am streaming content from my Synology DS214 NAS to my Philips 58PFL9955H/12 TV with an aspect ratio of 21:9
My receiver is a Yamaha RX-V671
Thank you for all you work into this build!
Auto update worked perfect for me on my Tronsmart Vega S95 Telos
thanks kszaq
Ok, thank you.
So I will keep an eye on this forum, who knows.
I am not a programmer and rely on all the good work that people on this forum do for making community builds for boxes that are on the market.
Is there already someone out there that will or is working on LibreElec (Kodi) build for the Allwinner H6 ARM Cortex-A53?
I am interested in buying a Beelink GS1 6K TV Box.
Now I have a Tronsmart Amlogic S905 box now that runs the LibreELEC 8.2 for Amlogic that kszaq build.
Thanks
Henk Westra
Why don't you simply believe it?
If I change something (like 444,12bit) then instantly no picture on my tv. So it definitely does something.
LibreELEC:~ # cat /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/attr
444,12bit
Now I am a believer
And everyrhing plays OK! My TV is a Philips 58PFL9955H/12 a bit older already, but hey it still plays everything I throw at it
Thanks 2re
No point what so ever
So how can I check that LibreElec picked up the setting from the autostart script?
8.1.7 is gone for now. So I will have to wait now for the official update
I searched for the autostart in the location storage/,config but it isn't there in 8.1.6
Or am I looking in the wrong location?
Thanks so far!
Jepp, in autostart.sh
Hi
I have a Tronsmart box, S95 Vega Telos and would like to try this too.
So first I have to get the 8.1.7 version on my SDCard (have 8.1.6. now)
And what are the steps I have to follow to set 1080p 444 12bit?
Thanks
I tried both device trees ( this is what I did as per instructions: booting from SD/USB, simply connect SD/USB to your computer, download a proper device tree, rename it to dtb.img and place on SD/USB)
They both did not spin up the harddisk connected to the SATA port.
When I boot in Android, I can enable the SATA port. The disk spins up and is accessible to the Android operating system.
The disk keeps spinning when I turn off the system.
When I boot with the SD-Card:
as soon as I press the power button and the blue light comes on, the disk spins down and has no power any more.
And as such is not available to libreelec
Harddisk does not turn on with the tronsmart device tree
Same here, harddisk does not turn on
