Have you trid:
https://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/Player/Subtitles#Colour
It doesn't work for all forms of subtitles (e.g. not for bitmapped) but it may help.
Yes that works, but would be great if there was some kind of "for hdr subs" option. For now i use shell script to convert colors on srt.
Thanks
thanks for great release, only thing I miss now is non-crazy white subtitles for hdr on rpi4, any progress on that?
What are the odds of hdr being included for x86 by default in le11?
You could convert the truehd track to flac. They are both lossless so no difference.
congrats on 10.0.2 and HDR included and working perfectly!
About true hd issue, is it being worked on or should I just go on and convert to FLAC stream instead?
I think HDR on LE working greally great now, only problems left that annoys me is skipping with true hd (crash and reboots) and subtitles being too white.
thanks alot everybody
is there a way to alter the brightness of subtitles only when watching HDR? in a dark room its almost impossible to have subtitles enabled.
thanks for any help
I've been running the 10.x version since it got posted and everything works just fine, both 4k and HD media.
played a set of different 4k hdr content and it all seems to work fine here, stunning work! (le10)
is it resonable to backport this to v10?
are we getting any closer?:)
im unable to save my wifi region, it resets every reboot. this worked on 9.2
are we getting any closer?:)
thanks for the work
try le 10, I had so much trouble with cable and le9 with rpi4 so I used wifi instead.
now all is good
yes, thats true. it also has an ac3 track I noticed with mkvinfo, will try with ac3 too once I get home. thanks
edit: yes that was it. with ac3 I can skip as much as I want. thanks
