rpi4 audio gets out of sync and eventually starts stutter

hello, I can not play almost any file without problem, local or not does not matter. here is log from svtplay app. they are non drm and I can download the file if someone wants sample.

any ideas on how to rule out what the problem might be? I've tried both with and without the whitelist, but no difference.

it seems adjust playback to display is the issue, without it works. LE wiki recommends it though..

I meant sync playback to display.
