media_build contain some pre-compiled frontend drivers for x86_64 only (cxd2858 for T232 - Sony CXD2858 DVB-T2/T tuner + demodulator), so this not compatible with any arm or x86 32-bit

Why wrong ? 6.0b13 latest firmware patch for Si2168-D60 extracted from some STB drivers.

what is proper firmware ?:) windows driver load dummy firmware patch (initial chip firmware 6.0.1).

this device not supported in open-source tbs drivers

Don't worry about legacy signal strength/quality in %. Usual this calculated in different way depend from developers

i recommend LTS kernels 4.4 - 5.4

so dvb adapter present in tvh gui, but not lock any channels ?

show kernel log after reboot (dmesg)
