I do not use any addons, videos are stored in a NAS and played from Kodi library and the samea happens when running from SD Card instead of NAND...

You asked the same question in link above and were asked to post a log by DaVu , Who Clearly advised you "Be aware, that we don´t support video streaming addons that provide pirated content." see below.

Be straight with us when asking for help as we can't be misled with what you have loaded on your box and then try and help you which is a waste of time.
It's a waste of time because looking at your logs , what you have installed on that box is guaranteed to make it run like a pig.

I have found that using GUI in browsing add-on files and library files in the home network etc, causes available memory to get down to under 180mb available and then a freeze.

Can you please test a new development build I've just uploaded? I have added a patch for EGL rendering that supposedly fixes some GL-related leak. I'm not able to reproduce it and I'd be greatful if you can tell me whether things are improved or not. This is the build: http://kszaq.libreelec.tv/s905/devel/201...f28.img.gz (when upgrading from .008 you don't need to include a device tree in your update process)

    Well done kszaq.
    Massive improvement.
I punished this test build by going 1 hour of randomly going through the GUI , playing videos for 1 minute or so, stopping playback and flying through my network library playing files and stopping them at random.
This behaviour is not real world for a normal user but i did it to see what would happen.

I got the memory down to 124mb available but the important thing is the box did not freeze as before.
I cannot get it to freeze.
I tried very hard to freeze it with the above testing but i could not do it.
Worth noting also is the box did not show performance decline even when i got to only 124mb free memory.

    Tested using A95x S905 Nexbox 1gb ram / 8gb

I will leave it on and start back on it later to see if i can freeze it.

The only issue is if i turn it off/power off/suspend using remote control I can not turn it back on using remote control.

I need to take the power cable off and put it back again to restart. Can some one let me know if there a way around this. Thanks

Your box probably has no power off from your Android Firmware.

Go to settings / system / power saving and choose Suspend as a shutdown function.
Try that and see if that allows you to power it back on via remote.

I only have 1GB boxes and they can be on for a few days without memory leaks.

kszaq i have made some observations relating to "when", available memory decreases.
It seems that playing video files uses up some memory but recovers after playback. Playing video files isn't where the memory usage suddenly climbs.
I have found that using GUI in browsing add-on files and library files in the home network etc, causes available memory to get down to under 180mb available and then a freeze.
It is no big deal for me just an observation on when it happens.

1.) There is a memory leak, after a couple of hours of constant usage the box locks up with 100% memory utilization.

Below is the quote from kszaq when i was testing the Dev builds prior to Public Release.
    He is aware.

"The memory usage is caused by how Amlogic's video decoder allocates memory for playback in S905 devices: it uses Continuous Memory Allocator to reserve huge amounts of memory and it becomes temporarily unavailable to Kodi."

Whilst some improvement has been made with updates, I am now resigned to believe the S905 needs 2gb of ram and 1gb boxes are not worth buying unless you're prepared to reboot every hour during use.

I have an old S805 1gb / 8gb with the latest LibreELEC-S805.MXQ.arm-7.0.2.6 and the memory used by that box is barely 200mb all day long.

    Hope this helps you.

Read above link. It may be what i think you need.

    system/input/peripherals/cec settings

Upgraded from 007 on a Minix Neo U1 (S905) and all seems to work except the av sync is off. All audio seems to be ahead by about 200 milliseconds. No sync problems in 007. Minix Neo U1 via HDMI -> Onkyo receiver via HDMI -> Panasonic Plasma. Checked same source files on RaspberryPi 3 running OSMC (same connection scheme) and no sync issues with the files themselves.

Otherwise, really enjoying LibreElec on the U1 and many, many thanks to kszaq for all the hard work.

    Duke

P.S. Is downgrading to 007 possible? Is it as simple and putting the 007 image and device tree files in the "Update" folder and rebooting?

    http://kszaq.libreelec.tv/s905/devel/201...453.img.gz

Did you try the Dev build ?
If you have upgraded to .008 no device tree needed to update to dev build.

At the moment what doesn't work well today might be great next week -

And next batch of the misleading Branding MXQ's or T95's or A95's or A95x's are not working as the previous batch.
Most of these names are not "BRANDS" but names.
Whatever Hardware they can get at that particular month for the "CHEAPEST" price is what you will get.
This includes remotes, wifi chips, heat sink, thermal pads, usb, ram, tf card port, boards etc .
It is laughable how they all claim to be "Manufacturers."
So my problem with this thread is we will have members giving certain named boxes the OK to run on LE when in fact that is not
    100% guaranteed.
Plus we are not test pilots for these Chinese Sellers who can't even provide a working Android Version.
Lets all remember this LE forum is for those who want a challenge and are prepared to test and get a cheap small media box to work as best as possible. If you don't want the challenge BUY an OFFICIALLY supported device and move off.

So how do I update to the newest version (008)? does it work like libreelec on an x86 system (booting into libre and then put the newest version into the updatefolder)?

Which version do i have to use?LibreELEC-S905.aarch64-7.0.2.007.img.gz
    LibreELEC-S905.aarch64-7.0.2.007.zip

Read and choose your device tree carefully. Both img.gz and renamed device tree must be copied to update folder and then reboot.

    Also not works on 7.0.2.008

Command used to fetch the temperature not is working as expected (tested on S905X)

    Was working on previous versions?

    Code
    LibreELEC:/sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0 # cat temp
    cat: read error: Invalid argument

    LibreELEC:/sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0 # cputemp
    cat: read error: Invalid argument

    Maybe a kernel issue?

    Maybe read changelog Known issues:
Before posting what is known already.

"Power on" is hard coded to work with original remote. U-Boot etc.
Best chase the remote.conf for your particular box.

Hum, on mi mini m8s II I got all 3 issues:

    1) back key not working anymore on remote
    2) wifi slow... it's 650Kb/sec while before I was above 1200
    3) h265 black frames/fade to black desync issue (after 15 seconds, I press left on the remote rewinding 10 seconds and getting in sync again...)

    Welcome newbie
Please advise and confirm your chipset. S905 or S905x
    Ram 1gb or 2gb.
Version of LE and SD card or Nand Internal.
    The device tree you used.
