Hello!
I think ion is no longer supported or you need build with older nvidia drivers.

Hello!
A N3700 itx or matx board with pcie tuners (single dual or quad) is cheap and will fit your needs, I guess.
I am running a equal setup with 2 dual pcie tuners for over a year without any issue.

The new LE 8.01 (Kodi 17.1) fixed that issue.
The new LE 8.01 (Kodi 17.1) fixed that issue.
Do you have the TV connected to your nvidia card via hdmi? If so you could try using a dvi to hdmi adapter.
I have this issue ever since i am using a n3700 board. Over hdmi I don't get a picture with dvi to hdmi everything works.
Also you can check if the nvidia (pcie device) is set as primery display at the bios. You can also try to dissable onboard intel video.
Maybe this will do the trick
No I do not.
And I really appreciate all your guys work here!
I looks to me this could be the smartest, way to figure things out.And that's why I was asking if such a build is possible.
To figure out which issues are kodi related?
To get a starting point.
Like the thing with setwakeup which looks now it is a kodi issue.
Alot of people having problems with there remote since LE8. So it would be helpful if this is a kodi thing or not.

Mglae thank you for your reply!
I am using TVHeadend but, the problem is in LE7 that was working flawlessly.
So my guess is that's a problem not dedicated to vdr or TVHeadend it's a general fault/issue?
Maybe that's the problem?
(Setting the stamp in seconds not minutes "date")

Hello!
Is it possible to build LE7 with Kodi 17 for crosschecking?
LE8 has differnt issues on my system:
Higher CPU load while playing videos and live TV.
Some Remote functions not working anymore.
Can't set a timestamp (setwakeup)
So I was thinking of a build to figure out if those problems are Kodi related or not.

Hello!
Does setting a timestamp (using setwakeup.sh date '+%s' -d '+ 10 minutes') works for anyone?
I am getting an error but there is always a timer 5 minutes ahead.
So could someone with a x86 system try this via ssh please?
setwakeup.sh date '+%s' -d '+ 10 minutes
Thanks in advance!
Nicolas
Hello!
mglae
So that's another/different problem?
Kodi is shutting down before a timer is getting set?
In my case I am not able to set a timestamp at all.
Could you check if setting a timestamp via ssh is working on your system pls?
de_doener

On LE7
setwakeup.sh date '+%s' -d '+ 10 minutes'
Works
On LE8
setwakeup.sh date '+%s' -d '+ 10 minutes'
Sh: write error: invalid argument
To keep the example of de_Doener
On LE7
setwakeup.sh date '+%s' -d '+ 5 minutes'
Works
On LE8
setwakeup.sh date '+%s' -d '+ 5 minutes'
Sh: write error: invalid argument
With the same settings as in LE7 the wakeupalarms are no longer beeing written to /rtc in LE8.
If you add a new timer to TVHeadend or set a wakeup via ssh the timer is not getting set.
So the system will not wake up for a recording.
Cat /proc/driver/rtc
There is nothing in the logs...
Hardware wasn't changed if I do a backup and restore to LE7 everything is working like a charm.
(Switching from OE6 to LE7 there was a problem because on LE7 HPET wasn't any longer disabled in autostart.sh. But the timer were getting set correctly)
