I have videos with English and Japanese subtitles. The Japanese subtitles do not display. Do fonts need to be added for languages, and if so where exactly ?

The logic is sound. I even have a practical example that illustrates its faster. But for some reason, it does not seem to be going anywhere. All the feedback I get is: hashes are faster.

Can someone with kodi coding experience verify my logic and/or tell me if my ask is unreasonable?

Hi,

I have a PIN-code set to prevent people from changing settings. However screen calibration cannot be opened from within the player anymore. It does ask for the PIN-code, but after entering the PIN, it should open screen calibration, but does not.

Tried again, the result is the same

Subtitle bar is set to the middle of the screen, but subtitles stay on the same height whether I move the bar or not. I even did a fresh install but issue persists. on 11.6 as well as 12.0.

I have a NanoPi-r6c laying around, seeing this thread made me happy, yay!

so these images are a godsend at this stage of development afaict.

Maybe replacing the u-boot, dtb and kernel then cross fingers and see how far it boots would be a good way to spend my time on this Sunday.

Which of the images would be a good starting point?

Kodi's default skin is set to blue, if you change that color (skin/configure) and then navigate to settings/libreelec the skin color in the add-on is still blue.

Apparently its me :D, it seems the subtitle bar cannot be set lower at its lowest point. While this off-screen feature is available to setup your screen corners, it does not apply to subtitles.

I want to change my subtitle position, I used calibration to change that.

But it does not work, subtitles remain in a fixed position, no matter what position.

Anyone else have that same issue?
