I have installed CoreElec 9.2.8 on Mecool KIII very long time, with some specific service like ZeroTier, TVLINK (Python 3.11), etc which ones have been installed via entware.
I tought to replace this CoreELEC with your LibreELEC, due to leak of support for this old CoreELEC, and you still work and issue update of LibreELEC which work with internal dvb tuner.

Now HEVC channels are working.
I again create SD card with LE same as first time, then install only addon TVHeadend with my userdata, and dvb-t2 (HEVC) channels are woking now well.
Just curious. In the About tab of the TVH UI what version does it report.

When I restored CE backup on LE, I did it complete with all addons and settings. With option to make restore inside of LE settings.
I use TVhedednd 4.3 with icam patch.
When I installed fresh LE, i just installed this TVH (used in CE) and nothing else. This is TVh I installed: https://temp-file.org/s65xwrZiz1AMOOp/file
As far as I know, the KIII Pro contains the exact the same tuner as the KI Pro and KII Pro boxes. In my case, 5V is constantly present on the DVB-T/C coaxial inputs, it can also be measured with a multimeter. I also use an RF amplifier on my yagi antenna which supplied directly from the coax.
However, I suspect a driver problem, so please try the dvb-latest or crazycat_aml packages, these contain impoved dvb drivers.

I tried all three drivers inside LE and no power on dvb-t2 coaxial input.
With CE each driver has power on dvb-t2 coaxial input, also when I restore CE backup on LE dvb-t2 coaxial input had power.
In the past I used Alexelex and it has in system configuration option to switch on/off Tvheadend and Power Antena.

Sorry for delay on check.
I just installed fresh LE with only Tvhedend installed. It work with dvb-s2 channel well, but I am not able to check dvb-t2 (HEVC) channels due to fact I need extra power 5v for my terrestrial antena and I cant find this option inside of this installed tvheadend (inside CE it seems this antenna power is always on).

The external usb wifi works well on device Mecool KIII Pro (S912) with upgraded LE 9.2.8.10, but there is the problem with play HEVC video content (stuttering, audio out of sync).
I have installed CE 9.2.8 on device and HEVC video play without issue on this system.
I made backup of CE 9.2.8 system and restore it on LE 9.2.8.10, but problem with HEVC video still existing.

I just installed LibreElec 9.2.8.10 on my device Mecool KIII Pro (S912), but I have probelm with my orginal wifi on device and use external usb wifi (rtl8821CU), which one is not working with LibreElec 9.2.8.10.
Can you help me how to add this driver in LibreElec, if it is possible?

it is really a pity, these boxes with S912 cpu works very well with system with KODI 18.9 and to get information . I tested Libreelec with KODI 19 (thanks to chewitt) and also works (wtihout dvb tuner), but what I seen now no planned further support for this and soon it will be useless.
If CoreElec can give support for device Mecoll KII Pro (S905D) which one is similar (dvb tuner) with KIII Pro (S912), why is not possible to use driver from KII to KIII?
If somebody would like to give a support and make the driver, I ready to make a test with my Mecool KIII Pro.

Today I tested my Mecool KIII Pro with test build 9.95.2, but internal tuner is not works.
I use my device for watch dvb-t and dvb-s channels, and i hope it will be updated for offical build LE.

CEC is not working, I didnt check it yesterday, but before update keymaps from RC it worked.
Yes, it is working as usual. Blue one power on, and red one power off. Press the power button device will do power off.
It same on both devices; KII Pro and KIII Pro.
