which folder should i rename? sorry if itss dumb question but i am a beginner

Downgrade goes the same way as upgrade, put the .tar or .img.gz file in the .update folder.
Be advised that Kodi (add-on) settings are not very "backwards compatability-friendly"...
i tried downgrade through libreelec uptade settings but it always boot on safe mode when i try it but when i uptade it again to a nightly i can boot properly...

Hi, i am using kodi 19 nightlies but when i try to downgrade to 18.9 he rpi4 8gb ram model gets into the safe mode and the only fix is to disable safe mode and reinstall one nightly with shh, is there any ways that i could downgrade to kdi 18.9 (the reason why i want to do that is the lack of hevc videos support.
Thank you all for your precious time

Hi, I today I opened my libreelec and it show thr picture that I have attached(as you can see the size of the kodi gui is too small) but when I change it to 1080p it works fine (I am using the 26/02/2021 nightly) and I have a raspbery pi 4b 8gb ram model ) this size displayes only when I have it on 2160p and before 30 minutes it worked fine but a reboot Triggered this issue , what can I do? Thank you for your time (for some reason it doesn't let me to upload the file) but the size of libreelec gui is thr 1/4 of the screen and it stuck up left of my screen (I must note that my tv supports 4k and I was always using the libreelec on 4k with no problems)

Oh thanks for thr uptade but it was working on libreelec 9.2.6 anyway what are the alternatives ways to send files from an android device to libreelec kodi 19?
Thank you for your precious time

The files I use is less than 1mb actually 800 kilobytes, (it's some subtitles)

A main problem that I noticed with all nightliee is that when I try to transfer a file over bluetooth it fails with normal bluetooth and with obex commander (I am using raspberry pi 4b)
-
Fixed by getting the latest nightly with ssh

Hi I had the latest nightly build enabled but bluetooth didn't worked and I downgrade to libreelec 9.2.6 but libreelec instantly went to safe mode what can I do to get it working normally again?
Thank you for your time

FYI: the HDR and HD audio changes of these testbuilds are now in LE master and included in the latest nightly build, so you can switch back to using nightlies.
It'll probably take a while until the colorspace and bit-depth issues are fixed, I'll report back when we've got something new to test.
so long,
Hias
Hias, the image that is tagged by its file on the above quote I just tried and I still don't have the hd audio formats ... although kodi on the TV has all the HD sudio formats (and the tagged build is the latest nightly build) any solutions?

Kindly not doublepost your questions in various threads.
I already gave you a reply in Nightly builds

Well, you start by looking for RPi4...
and you will end up with something like this:
LibreELEC-RPi4.arm-9.80-nightly-20210217-9a3ba92.img.gzSo if i got ir right all the rpi4 images will be compatible with raspbery pi 4b model 8gb ram. RIght because I see many rpi4 builds which should I select for my model? Thank you for your preious time and for the response

Thanks for the edid, this is a bug in the linux kernel's EDID passthrough format detection - I recently ran into that as well. I'll have a look if/how we can fix that.
