I don't know how long i've been playing with the whitelist without any progress.
On thing i noticed is that on the PI 3 i can choose 23.98 Hz and 24.00 Hz.
On the PI 4 there is only 24.00Hz.
Actually I think the PI 4 doesn't support 23.98 Hz properly yet.
No, Pi 4 support 23,98.
Did you connect via Receiver or directly to your TV ?

yesterday a new version of inputstream.adaptive was released (2.4.4)
This version is required to play the new Disney+ Addon.
The current version in LE Repo is 2.4.3.1
It is forseeable when 2.4.4 is available ?

HAHA NICE !!!! It works in my case !
Set the settings from 64 (default) to 512 all netflix videos working finde with internal grabber.
try also 4k 60 Hz videos - this will not work.
I also try 1024, 2038, 4096 settings. Still buggy with 4k 60 Hz.
But - more important - that now netflix works with 1080p
