The FireTV remote will still pair with Kodi (9.2) and show connected, but will no longer operate the interface. What logs can be provided to help diagnose this issue?

Same here. Before the update FireTV-Remote worked perfect. After update ist was to be reconnected but the Pi reacts with a delay of 15 to 20 seconds or not at all.
PS: I downgraded to the previous version (9.1.501) now, and FireTV-Remote works perfect again. So it has to be an issue with LibreELEC, not with the updated FW.
Mods, should I put a post in the bugs section, or do you want further info here?

Yeah, mine has not worked at all since the upgrade. Interesting that yours does kinda work. Mine has no effect.
I have a work around with a dongle remote for now. Another symptom, when trying to connect / pair the remote, everything hung and rebooted. It did that twice, and gave some more auth errors. I'd love to help troubleshoot this, what can I provide to assist?

Am I the only one with Bluetooth issues? Is this the right place to report this issue?

Same with my Harmony Companion remote on RPi4. Gone. No input at all. Couldn't reconnect so far but I'll keep trying.
Well, I tried again last night. I could not get the remote to function. Mine would reconnect ok, but no movement when pushing buttons.

Well, updated ok. But strange, right after the update, the firetv remote didn't work. Went to Bluetooth and it was there, but not connected. I tried to connect it, no luck, said auth error. Disconnected it and was able to connect but it won't control the menu anymore. Anybody else have issues?

I think this is where people are getting confused.
The above is the firmware for the VideoCore I believe - the same type of firmware as was used by previous Pis. This firmware is loaded on boot every time and handles a lot of the Pi's configuration and operation - specifically for the SoC.
The firmware that is being discussed that reduces temperatures a little (by reducing the temperature of the PCI-E->USB3.0 bridge) is firmware specifically for the USB 3.0 bridge device - and this is stored in separate EEPROM (I think) and not loaded each boot.
This is what I assumed, but also read that libreelec ships with upgraded firmware. So, is that true? Does it flash the (Pi Hardware) firmware on (Libreelec) version updates?

For the stuttering reports there is a fix. Either wait for the next LE update or grab firmware from here:
rename and replace http://start.elf/fixup.dat on the FAT partition of sdcard.
Looking at that last post, I have a question. Is this the same as the official firmware that is supposed to lower the voltage and temps of the pie?

Hias,
The firmware fixed it right up. Thank you for your help! -
Thanks Hias, Looks like a match. I'll wait for the next update and report back.
Thanks!

Hello, I'm testing a new PI 4, 2GB and am finding that playing Live TV works great with H264 channels, but with MPEG2, the video is rendered in slow motion, while audio is ahead. I understand this is Alpha, but wanted to make sure that this was a known issue, or provide logs to help fix this in future releases.
I didn't see many video settings to change to turn off any hardware acceleration, then saw that in the PI4, MPEG2 does not have hardware acceleration. So, i'm not sure what I can tweak on the GUI end to fix it.
Thanks for any info!
