Is someone here from the Netherlands and using ziggo in combination with tvheadend. I'm a bit of a noob on this. No matter what values i put in i cant get it to scan.
And does it where i insert my signal? is the screw thread one or the other one?

The latest TVHeadend (8.1.111 version 4.2.2) from LibreELEC repository is buggy. Use my version 4.2.1 service.tvheadend42-8.1.112.zip.

No. TVHeadend detected wrongly only dvb-t. The same issue was reported by dreambo for KIII Pro.
Good news: There is the same tuner (based on AVL6862 and R848) as in KI Plus, KII Pro and KIII Pro.
Pls, connect to box via ssh and provide link from dmesg | paste

Does this mean i don't have a DVB-C Tuner?
Burn LibreELEC-S905.arm-8.0-8.0.2a-I.img.gz on SD card and replace dtb.img with one from KI_Pro.zip. Use 'toothpick method' to boot from SD card.
A ofcourse the DTB file. it boots into libreelec. Lets see if i can get the tuner to work
Not sure how you could check the TV tuner chip, maybe in the original Android TV application contains some status page...
But you could check the "DRM Info" status and confirm whether the Android 7.1 version supports the Widevine Level1 DRM?

I can select DVB-C within the android DTV app, but when i search for channels it won't find any (ziggo/ the netherlands)
Maybe i'm doing something wrong?
And how can i test the libreelec build. I've made a sd card with the latest Ki version of libreelec from page 1 of this topic.
But when i want to boot in recovery from SD kart (holding the power button and inserting power cable) it hangs at the mecool logo
When i do that without a sd card i get into recovery. Do i need to do something different?
I´ve just received my KI pro, is there something i can do to help this community?

Yes, DVB-C is supported in current LibreELEC builds. But recommended TV box for LibreELEC is KI Plus/KII Pro over KIII Pro.

Hello awesome people.
Does anyone know if i can use the Kiii Pro with DVB-C (ziggo netherlands), it is advertised as DVB-S + DVB-T but in some reviews it says it has the same tuner chip as other boxes that also support DVB-C. And if so can i use this libreelec build to set it up with DVB-C and a CCcam account?
I currently have a dreambox 900HDse and a android tv box (running kszaq's build s905x) but it would be nice if it could all be run in one box.
