I see that vnc issue is solved by setting image quality to Low, otherwise it does not connect.. Weird but OK.

Don't format anything from Windows. Just write image to SD card and then eject the SD card. And everything will work so much better

Yes I burn image and storage partition is empty, when boot Rpi for first time it expands and writes the storage folders.

But when I burn the image, windows ask me that storage partition needs to be formatted and the only option I get is FAT..

Hm the storage partition is formatted as FAT32 if I recall correctly. Would that mean that will not work? How can I format as EXT4? I think I had no option to select how to format it.

As per b) option, I only have one router so I would discard that one.

You could try installing VNC and see if this service works.

I was trying to set up ssh just to install vnc through commands because vnc server is not installed/running by default in Rpi..

I guess I could live without ssh to run Hyperion led system.. but I’m really curious why it doesn’t work.. :_(

I downloaded this iso but I see it is the same built I was using from Lightberry. Still get connection refused.. Looked in WireShark and got the same shot.

I will try, but when writing the image with Win32DiskImage for instance, how Hash needs to be set? None, MD5, SHA1, SHA256? Is that relevant?

Is it better to burn it using LibreElec-USB-SD Creator? Or Win32Disk is good?

So weird.. i just installed clean iso from lighberry.eu, libreelec v8.2.5.. nothing more. Just mouse usb plugged..

Maybe i can try another iso?

I can successfully ping rpi from the laptop

I set static IP on RSPB and opened 22 port in my router. But anyway I always get connection refused..

I saw there are some ssh config files when I put the SD card in the laptop. Is there some config to be checked?

Yes I installed Network tools and rebooted.. but seems doesn't work.. I guess this command is also entered in windows command prompt, right? As a local IP address I need to put RSPB IP right? Or laptop IP?

I will also check to forward port 22 in my router

Is there any thing related to RSPB IP being dinamic? Is it better to have it static?
