its the typical intel edid problem
you need to power no your tv, power up your nuc, set everything correctly then run the edid script
then it should work like a charm

then after reboot wait a bit and plug it in again

Its a new feature, also blocks xz and other compression formats at every website.

Borked timeshift at Tvh is also happen at generic etc. Tvh 4.3 made it better but still not perfect.

I have a look if we can do it somehow to add it to the repository. Chrome just works with drm and stuff. At chromium you have to install it at your own that is likely not doable for 99% of the users. We can't host the file either so I have to script around the problem
But should be doable till LE10. -
For setting up hyperion you just need to install the hyperion addon from our addon repository,
Then you can change settings with a dedicated program "Hypercon".

I am surprised that you have problems with a DVB driver that has Linux kernel support since 2014.
welcome to the DVB Linux world where this kind of stuff happens "frequently", its not unusual that it can happen from time to time
most of the times it happens at drivers that are badly written or containing obscure hacks to make it work - no idea if that happens here too

Does it really matter if it's hardware accelerated?
usually with HW acceleration there are better scalers/filters etc could be used, so in a ideal world you would always want HW decode
but currently we have no idea if this translates at all to real world, because its very likely that intel didn't put too much effort in such an old codec.

Its a limitation of the underlaying connection manager, it doesn't support "special security" ultra long passwords.
This is also unlikely to change because it is no security benefit using such passwords.

yes I switch soon to provide addons for LE10 too, we have just 3 different addon archs at LE10 so its much easier to provide addons for everything
RPi0-3 are likely staying a lot longer at 9.2 for now so I keep those builds for some time

Oh didn't saw that you use a RPi2, I advise against using the current LE10 nightly images, there is too much broken and not working for RPi0-3 !

Likewise a recent Hauppauge ATSC USB tuner should do it, they had put a lot work in getting their drivers to the kernel (so it works at every linux). But to be honest our general experience with ATSC is rather thin

looks like your RPi has no internet access
Check ping google.com, likely it helps to activate "wait for network connection" at the LE Settings.

preferred way is to configure your switch to just use a dedicated vlan at that port instead of passing through all trunk ports
but if this is not possible for reasons then the systemd way looks okay for today setups
