Chrome is blocking download of images

Just wondering if we knew why Chrome is blocking download of anything from this site. When I try to force it, I get the following link:

Did libreelec.tv get put on a blacklist of some kind?

Its a new feature, also blocks xz and other compression formats at every website.

weird. it's also blocking the LibreELEC USB-SD Creator exe for windows.

oh that is a different problem, we work at a fix (mixing https/http links at a website is not working)
