dtoverlay=lirc-rpi -> dtoverlay=gpio-ir
disable lirc + reboot is enough to get it basic working without anything changed (keymap.xml might still be needed as not every button is used by default)

it looks like your system goes to suspend -> then you need to unload/reload the dvb modules
disable everywhere the suspend (also at cec settings)
or
add your dvb modules to the unload list at the Tvh addon settings
Not yet due work load. Aiming for next week.
Fu up my bisect of the problem and have to start from scratch again. Needed a week of cool down
do you play Live TV through emby or pvr.hts ?
At HD content I have only bob and nearest neighbour to choose, at SD content every scaler possible.
This is the right behaviour I guess.
took a bit longer then planed but the nightlies for 8.2 are working now (i guess)
I would create an test image, which Arch/HW do you need ?
Did you try latest builds from
no, used normal builds. the builds from milhouse should be the same (the debug stuff is nothing new)
Go to LE Settings -> scroll down and deactivate Lirc, reboot
could fix it
Could anyone verify this?
/storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.tvheadend42/debug.txt
works for me
There is also the possibility to use the KEYDB.CFG to have BD support.
yea didn't help that much
just ping me if you are back from holiday
Thx for this precision.
btw this is just for the J3455 and J4205, the older and the newer generations have support for it (due that converter chip that they build in for HDMI2.0). The upcoming boards have native HDMI2.0 and most likely passtrought again. *edit* sadly not
oh, that is new info to me - sad to hear that there is no resolution for this
Idk if the DD driver that is currently upstreaming (getting into official Linux kernel) would work or not - we can try it if you like.
This hyperion issue might be one of the things you are gonna have to live with.
Idk if this would fix it or not, but the Hyperion devs are working at a complete rewrite of Hyperion since ~1yr.
maybe worth a try
Just for convenient reference
fixed
Other thing , why DTS-HD and DD TRUE-HD is not recognized ? When i enable this in passtrought, it's the silence.
Intel drivers doesn't support this "feature" at Linux
If this get fixed at all some day is highly unclear till date.
