Afaik the Geforce 9200 is too old and is not supported anymore at the Nivida drivers.

Don't run Tvh servers for more then 1-2 connections/tuners at the RPi, there are so much limitations due the "not that good" usb-lan connection including packet drops and bottlenecks that it is not a save bet. Better user for it an Odroid_C2 - same Price level but much better performance.

You could try to run minisatip at your VUs. Afaik there is no Tvh there.

There is NO HbbTV support at Kodi as Kodi don't support an native HTML Browser yet.

Afaik DVBViewer is the only HbbTV Client for PC.

It is basically the "Hauppauge Digital TV Tuner for Xbox One" clone so it might create some problem with the xbox one dvb stick for DVB-T we included at 8.2.

Basically the same hardware,the same driver but an different brand name.

The S952v3 is still cheap, at least in Germany the TT is even cheaper

It doesn't matter which one you buy, just get the cheaper one.

50€ TechnoTrend TT-budget S2-4200 Twin is a 65€ DVBSky S952v3 clone.

Both are working out of the box at linux and without known problems.

yes this is an "known" driver issue from the intel drivers, unlikely this get fixed - workaround should work forever

At this price you can get an WeTek Hub, Odroid_C2 (both are directly supported by LE) or an "China S905 box" -> Choosing a S905 / S905X / S905D / S905W / S912 box guide.

Those boxes are quite faster then an RPi3 and supporting 4k, HEVC etc.

If HD works but SD not then it is likely no Tvh problem.

You can try to disable the vaapi acceleration at Kodi for mpeg2 (SD), then it just renders via Software but this shouldn't be a problem.

Also you can try to update to latest LE 8.1.2/8.2.

Btw Tvh 4.0.x is very very very outdated and contains a huge amount of bugs, better use 4.2.
