Go into LE's input device settings, and select "CEC Adapter".

The log will tell. I don't have that issue on my RPi 3B+, and I'm not an overclocker.
-
oneillb It's still a kernel issue, maybe triggered by accessing higher memory regions while running Kodi.

No, you have to install an RPi 4 image. However, I suggest to find the issue of your RPi 3 first, just to avoid a useless purchase...

JLADK What you want is decoding an A/V stream twice, once for each GPU. That's not intended by Kodi, and it doesn't work. What works is decoding a stream on a single GPU, and then split A/V to two HDMI ports. You can only select a single GPU for decoding.

Install an NFS server on your W7, and LE's NFS client can stream /play files from that server. It's not a common use case to move files.

Can you point me at instructions?

LybsterKodi I see. As long as you stay off-line with W7, it's safely usable. Another option is using NFS instead of Samba.

Drop Windows, and use Linux with Wine.

Please check the HDMI standard of the cable. It has to be conform to HDMI 2.0 or 2.1.
-
There are different Bluetooth standards. Please compare the specs of your headphones and RPi 4. If RPi 4 Bluetooth isn't compatible to your headphones, then you probably need a Bluetooth dongle with the right specs.
PS: Make sure you have set the audio output device to Bluetooth on LE's audio settings. Also disable other Bluetooth points around you to avoid wrong routing.

-=guybrush=- You can send wtuppa a PM, or you can post a product link here. No problem with ads, because additional hardware is needed to solve the problem.
