Is anyone else experiencing a crashing TVH Service on Wetek Play with LibreElec 8.2.3? I tried several of the recent builds but since build 4.3-884-04.01.2018 every newer one is crashing. Not only crashing, but sometimes also damaging TVH configuration files to a point where I needed to restore a backup (e.g. TV adapter config crippled; channel list entries crippled, especially the tuned ones while TVH was crashing). The last version I tried was 4.3-1071-15.02.2018 yesterday ending up in manually remapping 6 services to damaged channels.

Any feedback or advice is appreciated.

I did not try as I use a Wetek Play. It has a AMLogic AML-872 MX (1.5 GHz Dual Core) CPU and a Mali MP400 (Dual Core) GPU. I am not sure if transcoding with a Wetek Play is capable/supported at all?

What is the reason for build.mycvh.de's channels Tvh-LE8 and Tvh-LE8.2 currently not releasing any nightly builds? The Tvheadend crew has been very active lately and it would be nice to have the latest nightlies accessible again...

Is there anything different with Krypton compared to Jarvis? I just tried to run build 2402 for Wetek Play on LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.90.010 ALPHA. The install from zip seems to work, but the service seems not to be available after the upgrade from build 2309. LibreELEC also immediately marks the newer build 2402 to be updated. Doing the "update" which is in fact a downgrade to build 2309 fixes TVH and everything is fine again. With Jarvis I never had any issues with using the nightlies as described above.

Problem solved. The descrambler has been the issue. Too high latency and timeouts. Thanks anyway, Nicolas.

Additional remarks: I tried to switch back to Tvh server 4.0.9 on my Wetek Play and had the same issue. Additionally I used a Windows 10 based Kodi with HTS client to connect to Tvh server 4.1-2052 and had no issues for several hours.

So I guess it must be rather a client related issue on my Beebox...

Hi,

while watching TV (after about 10mins) the video and/or audio queue empties, the stream freezes, skips and drops frames and starts rebuffering. This issue is reproducable.
I use LE 7.0.1 Generic on an AsRock Beebox with the latest HTS client connecting to a separate TVHeadend server (HTS Tvheadend 4.1-2052 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v7.0.444) built by CvH. Tvheadend server is running on a Wetek Play, LE 7.0.1.
