These patches tested on below test environment.
Test Environment:
- Tested System: GLK and Gen11 platform.
- Monitor: Dell UP2718Q 4K HDR Monitor.
- In order to test DP HDR10, test environment uses patched Kodi-gbm,
patched Media driver and HDR10 video.

and not fully baked ? yes as the standard we have now HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision etc.
and who know what more we can expect
but as basic HDR support in linux looks like we are there.
In ubuntu 19.10 in changelog you will find
- Intel HDR display support for Icelake, Geminilake
and what I see on patchwork drm-intel incoming more for devices with LSPCON from Gen9 up

I know still are some incompatibility example with Samsung HDR TV, which is actually issue of intel driver/
