Unfortunately the new tvheadend server 4.3 can't scan transponder 12329H, so it doesn't find FOX HD.
My solution: I'm scanning 12329H in LE 8.2 first, then updating to LE 9.0.
In this way I can watch FOX HD on 12329H with tvheadend server 4.3
tvheadend is buggy as hell, especially when you enable timeshift
Downgrading didn't work. In afl1's 8.2 build, tvheadend client cannot be uninstalled. afl1 why?
Downgrade, uninstall it, upgrade should solve it.

Uninstall old pvr.hts, reboot box and enable pvr.hts.
The latest pvr.hts is preinstalled in this build.
if pvr.hts is tvheadend client, can't uninstall it because uninstall option is greyed out.
Updated to libreelec 9.0 from 8.2.
When I try to update tvheadend client I get this warning.
How can I update tvheadend client?
Sorry for inconveniences caused by changed volume label in LE upstream. I reverted volume label to LIBREELEC_DISK to prevent any upgrade issues.
Is this error while updating Boot partition label important or can be ignored?

I cannot answer that question as I don't have KII Pro. Maybe someone else can answer. I don't know how cutting off USB power is relevant, I thought this was about powering on by IR remote?
Nope, you said most manufacturers don't power off the device, they just disable HDMI output. I'm surprised to learn that.

zmokkie If manufacturer of your box modifies u-boot (in Android firmware) so that it can wake on IR remote and adds a correct IR code, then it works. For example, I have a few boxes where it works: WeTek Hub, Minix U1, Beelink GT1.
Most manufacturers enable only "fake" shutdown in Android (read: device is awake, only HDMI is turned off) so they don't need to modify u-boot (read: lazy).

You can use TVheadend and create multiple 'IPTV Automatic Networks'.

Please read the previous messages. It's not about the transponder(mux), it's about tvheadend 4.3 changes.
12329H is working fine in tvh 4.2.
The 12329H on Turksat 4A has occasional feeds. In TVH 4.3 those feeds are filtered.
Transponder 12329H has a popular TV channel, is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

Everything is same, dish, cable, weather condition. Even logs are identical f5tg9h6x
In your build I can see the channel is getting mapped.
But in LE 9.0 it says 0 services is mapped (I mapped all services)

In LE 9.0 repository is 'Tvheadend Server 4.3'.
If you can't see it push in Add-ons/Services left-arrow to open 'View options' and select 'Check for updates'.
Still showing tvheadend 4.2. How can I download it myself? Where is the LibreElec repository link?
basjke Do what we are doing. Modify a case fan or cpu fan to work from usb port and use it to cool your box 
Both myself and kszaq with the help of Raybuntu have been submitting patches for the last week to have the S905 supported in LE officially rather than community builds.
