First of all make sure that you have hardware acceleration enabled for all formats in Kodi settings - you may need to switch to Expert level first.
You are using some unknown (to me) community build, you should probably ask build author for help as we don't know what's in it.
When crazycat developed the TBS6522 support for annex B I found the some issues.
The first problem is the frontend, TVH detect my provider as ATSC-C, not DVB-C in consecuence I can't import my configuration from TVH (PC) to the KI Pro.
Second, TVH can't detect channel names.
Both problems were present in crazycat's drivers before he solve the frontend of it.
Is possible solve it?

I tried without a device tree. I tried the s905 device trees within spec and the K1 Pro but all freeze on the Devices Android Slash Screen.
I am pretty sure i will need to extract device tree from Android.
Outside of getting it from seller is there an ADB command i can issue ?
I cannot get LE to boot at all with the available device tree images.
K1 Pro has 1Gbit Ethernet, that's probably why your box can't boot with K1 Pro device tree. You have to provide me with original device tree (or a link to firmware) so that I can prepare device tree for that board. Meanwhile you can try using one of S905X device trees - keep in mind that some of the pieces may not work, e.g. Ethernet.

Being an S905D Chip , I am asking whether the S905 Device trees are compatible.
I don't believe The K1 Pro Device Tree will be compatible as it's a Nougat box.

K1 Pro is S905D and Nougat. It should work.
Video playback does not depend on Mali drivers.
You have ALSA audio output list, Kodi in my builds handles outputs as explained in previous post.

There is no way to automatically detect audio ports on Amlogic hardware, you will se Analog + HDMI for every box you run LE on, regardless of physical outputs available. Audio is always played over all capable outputs simultaneously (i.e. HDMI, SPDIF and analog if available), this means that SPDIF should be active, you don't need to enable it in Kodi settings.

No, LE is independent of Android.

For 8.0.x builds you have to use 8.0 device tree, for 8.1.x (and 8.2.x in the future) you have to use 8.2 device trees.
zbigzbig20 My builds grab remote.conf from Android and automatically remap buttons. Not all of them are covered for all remotes, simple because I don't have all the remotes or because it would interfere with other remotes. For WP2 you can download remote.conf from official LE, reboot and all buttons should work:

Tried both USB ports via the Terminal Emulator, "reboot update" method, sends me to the Cooleme "Android Recovery" menu. The remote control can be used for navigation.

You booted to Android recovery, which means that booting LE did not work. Please try other ways listed in the guide.
Another question: Can TWRP be installed?
This is out of scope on this forum, you should find some information on FreakTab.
The "best" way I know to flash back Android is to have a firmware on your computer to be able to flash it back. If you don't have one, you may have some success with booting TWRP and creating a backup. You should find some guides on FreakTab.

On Windows you can use Rufus to easily re-format your SD card.
KVIM device tree updated with some hints that I took from balbes150. It should now boot properly.
LE 8.0/8.2 uses libcec 4.0.2, this patch is not a part of it. I can try to add the patch to next build if it applies cleanly.
I will look into KVIM issue (and other reported issues as well!) as soon as I can. I'm currently dealing with some much more important stuff than LE development.

Unfortunately there isn't anything new about it.
I see 2 main changes:
* new line: netbiso name = %h
* changed line: security = share instead of security = user
Why did it change and could this be the reason?
LE 8.2 changed to Samba 4.6. I'm afraid I cannot help with the version change as I don't know what changes it brings.
Is strange the physical ports are all USB 2.0 in my boxes (beelink and mecool), but lsusb reports a USB 3.0 hub. There must be available on the board but unpopulated.
Maybe some developer can explain more in detail this.
If I remember correctly, S905X and S912 use USB 3.0 controller stripped down to support only USB 2.0 - at least only USB
I have a question about the video pipeline of these AmLogic port of Libreelec, mainly because I am following the Amlogic mainline effort.
I understand that Mali OpenGL is used for the sceen rendering (GUI, ecc...), but what's the hardware decoding framework? Is it Mali itself providing it, or providing some sort of wrapper on the VPU?
Or there is some standard framework, like OpenMAX, VAAPI, VDPAU, etc...?
Amlogic uses in-house designed VPU for video decoding. It is not supported in mainline Linux kernel. There are plans to implement V4L2 frontend for it.
