Hello,
I am running the 8.2.2 image on an MX3-G and are mostly happy. The newest 8.2.3 version sadly does not work at all. During starting the libreelec logo is not centered, instead it is in the left upper corner. When the logo disappears nothing happens. Normally the kodi logo shows up and starts. I use a 4k TV if that matters.
Kodi in libreelec runs a lot faster compared with the Android version, the movies don't shudder as they do a little bit in android (I don't know why this happens but it annoys me, libreelec is fine). But I have an issue which is not there in the android version. The box crashed if i try to display a 3d movie in 2d. Playing in 3d is fine but as soon as I switch to show as 2d the box goes black. Android works well, no issues.
Anyone an idea how to solve my issues? Thanks!
I have the same problem too!! I have the mxiii-g and I had to go back to 8.2.2. I have mentioned it in previous post but no one care. I just waiting the 8.2.4 version with the hope that it will fixing this.

Tell us what the issues are. Maybe they can be fixed in the next update.

I think there is some issues in the 8.2.3 version. I will be waiting for the next update. I will stay in 8.2.2.

Move your device to a different tv that works,set up the resolution and take it back to your 4k tv and you can continue from there.
I don't have second Tv! Which version is right for my MXIII-G TV box (2GB rom with Amologic s812) ?

Yeap because you have the MXIII and not the MXIII-G/PLUS
You should use the S82 image
But me I always use the MXIII-PLUS file for my MXIII-G, but now I have that problem with the black screen after the libreelec logo. I have a 4K TV and I think that after the starting logo the screen resolution is wrong and I cant see anything. I mean that the device try to auto setting the screen resolution to 4K but without result

Please someone help. After the update the libreelec logo appears in the left top corner of my screen but after that the screen is black. I use the LibreELEC-S8X2.arm-8.2.3-MXIII-PLUS.tar (I have the MXIII-G)

Demetris, I was trying on a 50" Seiki 4K TV.
Just tried with a brand new LG 49UJ63 both with an old HDMI cable and a brand new HDMI 2.0 one. Same result.
As per siborg, 4K was working on Android.

I insist, I also have an MXIII-G but with Kodi 17 never working the dts sound, I only take an Dolby digital sound. Do I have something wrong? Why everyone working dts and me not working ?? I notice that I use the mxiii plus version of 8.2.rc3

The work around is to add a network location to the server using an IP address.. Sucks but was the only way I could get it to work...
Ok! I do it by using the IP address of my computer. Thanks a lot! The only problem who is still remains is the dts sound which is not working (it's working like Dolby digital), and it's a general problem of all the 17 versions of Kodi

Hello. I have a MXIII-G and I update to 8.2rc2. I notice these issues :
1. I can't see anymore the files I share from my PC by SMB windows network
2. When I opened my TV my TV box automatically opened. Also when I was closing the TV box my TV automatically closing. But after the update I can't do it anymore
