RSS Libre Elec dont work too. Thx.System --> Appearance --> Skin --> Show RRS news feed (enabled)
Edit the feeds you want to show (the button is below the "Show RRS news feed") and press OK.
Go to the home screen and in a few seconds the feed should show up. -
Until monday I'm away from LE devices and KODI 17 with the new skin "estuary" is to new to have it visually in my mind (I have screenshots but I'm missing the steps). Anyhow look for "Install from repository" and "LibreELEC Add-ons" after you enter the add-on menu and I think and a small icon displaying a box with an arrow above showing down.
-
Go to:
System --> Add-ons --> Install from repository --> LibreELEC Add-ons --> PVR clients
Your installed addons will be available at:
System --> Add-ons --> My add-ons
Seems you are still used to Kodi Helix

So this will boot from sd and not install on nand? Similar to the openelec sd card process? I have pbnigma on nand and currently use openelec from sd but I'd like to give this a try too
Correct, with this image you can install LE to the mSD card and boot from it.

I only have Linux and i tried with gparted and fdisk, still the same results, even gparted says the 2nd partiotion is unknown...
I think the problem is not with the sdcard itself but with the writing of the img, is there any other way to write it apart from DD?I'll have another go at this later.
Try dd without the block size argument, it should default to 512kb.

Do you get the error while watching or actually using LE or does it only happen right after the reboot?
I assume tvheadend is waiting for network connectivity while the pvr.hts tries to access the service. The system log would be much more helpful in this case or a kodi log that is longer than 30seconds.
Anyhow if this is the case there is nothing to worry about.

Just for the sake of it try to format the SD card before you write a new image to it. Use gparted, delete the partitions, create a new partition table and format it to fat32.
I've seen similar issues like this before and suggested sdcard formatter to people and it usually fixed the problem.
SD Card Formatter - SD AssociationI tested the build you've posted and it works fine on my side.

Update OpenELEC to the last stable release (6.0.3 at the moment) then backup your files and perform a factory reset.
And then just copy this file to the .update folder and reboot your device.

Regarding live TV, try this for now until the changes get into Kodi
And use this Tvheadend:
[Development build] New decoder for OpenELEC 8.0 build for WeTek Play - Page 6 - WeTek Community ForumDon't expect to use LE/OE 8 as a daly driver for not, because some changes need to be pushed to master.
If you find any major issues please post them here: -
There are two things to consider
- the password like CvH mentioned
- the path:
- /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.tvheadend42/
- /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.multimedia.tvheadend/I don't have access to the source to check the logic behind the app but I assume it's relaying on SSH and the second path to copy the data.
So make sure you have this path /storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.multimedia.tvheadend/ and the SSH service enabled. This script worked for me some time ago to convert a e2 list but the channel order will not be correct.

It would be nice if I hade some tester for this - I have no hardware to do a test if this works. I can only hope that this works for WeTek well
I've build this oe-addon-minisatip against LE master but the service just restarts without any info in the system, kernel and kodi log.
So you have at least 2 testers relaying on your builds

The full log would be apreciated, but anyhow here we go:
- please go into fullscreen and try switching channels
- If you are using only one tuner please make sure the second tuner is disabled in the tvheadend configuration (use the web interface)
- if both tuners are in use make sure to stream/record only from two muxes (frequencies) at the same timelooking at the video you've provided I can only assume that it's an issue related to bussy tuners/adapters. It would be much easyer if you posted the full logs.

Since you've posted in the " PVR & DVB Support" I assume you're trying to forward streams from WeTek.Play to other clients.
While using Tvheadend or VDR all you have to do is to set the IP address of WeTek.Play to the appropriate clients (pvr.hts or pvr.vdr-vnsi) on your other devices.
Here is a video guide for VDR I've made a while back:

Is there an adavantage when using NAND installation? I'm using always mSD installations for easier switching an backups.Other then having a spare mSD card and a free card reader there should be non.
Assuming you are using a class 10 SD card. -
Try posting the log files, so we might better understand the issue.

Since I don't have any WeTek devices on sight until next week I would just like to confirm if you have the same issue with OpenELEC?
For example update from OE 5.x to 6.x using the tar file. You said it crashes during the installation process, could you be more specific, at what point does it fail?I'll try to create a flashable zip file next week after I have a device where I can confirm the install process will succeed.
For now I would suggest updating from OE 6.x to LE 6.90.005

Ir remote control - WeTek Community Forum
You can basically use any IR remote that uses the NEC protocol but you need to create a specific config file for the remote to work properly.
