The temporary fix for the YouTube addon is to install the Alpha release from Github. Alpha1 is for Kodi Matrix. Alpha3 is for Kodi Nexus (20.1). Make sure you install the correct one! Then go into YouTube Settings and turn off MPEG-DASH. If you don't turn off MPEG-DASH, the video may freeze and crash YouTube. Here's a link for the Alpha releases:
This is a temporary fix until the developers release an update. This also limits resolution to 720p.
PC's, Kodi and many TV's have sleep mode settings. This page may help: Kodi Settings/System/Power saving
I don't see how Kodi's Data Breach would affect the YouTube App. The Kodi Forum would be the best place to post your issues. It should be back up soon. I have seen your issue reported by a few people over there before they shut down, but only a few. A common fix for a lot of these type issues is to just do nothing. It "may" eventually start working normally again. By the way, the YouTube App works just fine for me on both LE and Windows.

Harman Kardon model number?
The Amp has no analog (RCA) or digital inputs (hdmi, optical or coax)? That's a first for me!
Does the Pi have an audio output besides hdmi?
It may help to add the make and model of your amplifier. Also, which Pi model?
Exactly how is your hardware interconnected?
Update: Member SMB / SMB1 had uploaded a devel version of LE and it fixed (patched?) the issue. I'm not sure if it's a fix or a work-around, but it fixed my issue.

It will play properly with LE 10.0.4 (Matrix) but not with LE 10.95.0 (Nexus). The AVR should display "DTS-HD Master Audio"
I have 2 Intel NUCs running LE 10.0.4 and they play all my .m2ts video files containing DTS-HD Master Audio correctly. Their Audio Streams are identified as: English - DTS-HD MA 5.1 (side) - 6 channels [default] (1/1). My AVR correctly identifies them as DTS-HD Master Audio
If I update to 10.95.0 (Nexus), the Audio Streams are identified as: English - DTS 0 channels - 0 channels (1/1). My AVR plays them as plain DTS - not DTS-HD Master Audio
Same problem running Kodi Nexus on a Windows 10 computer.
I converted one of the .m2ts files to .mkv and it plays DTS-HD Master Audio correctly.
Can anyone else confirm this?
What's with the download mirrors for the in OS download?
I am lucky to see ~250KB/s often falling into single digit ~5KB/s. I am on a 1Gb Symmetrical Fiber connection.

I agree! I'm on a 1 Gb fiber connection (Verizon), and it took close to an hour to download.
I need help!
I tried updating my old Intel NUC (DC53427HYE / i5-3427U / Intel HD Graphics 4000) (2013 model) from 10.0.4 to both generic versions of LE11 (10.95.0) and both produced problems with audio (some DTS-HD MA files) would play as "DTS" and had slight juddering in the picture. Now I cannot roll back to 10.0.4. During boot, it says my hardware is not compatible with 10.0.04 (WTF?)
I can't find 10.0.0 to try. How can I safely roll back?
Update: I found out that you cannot roll back from 10.95.0 legacy version to 10.0.4, so I installed the regular 10.95.0 and rolled back to 10.0.4 successfully. Now I know not to update to LE11 until the issues are fixed.
