Shouldn't you be asking for support from the addon's site ?

Which addons ?

See post #1 and 17 in this thread:
No 2160 on Pi4 through Sony 4K Receiver
The poster claims CEC works with the Pi4 and Samsung TV

The Pi4 has a known issue with HDMI CEC and Samsung TV's. This sounds like another Pi4 HDMI issue that affects some AVR's. If you had an older Raspberry Pi to test, that would eliminate Libreelec and your Sony AVR as the problem.

More information is needed
Make and model of your AVR and TV and how they are connected
Model of your NUC
Exact versions of LIbreelec you are referring to
Supply logs (upload to appropriate site)

Is the hdmi cable plugged into the hdmi jack next to the power jack on the Pi4 ?

There are 67 1-star reviews for this receiver on Amazon. Most are for HDMI issues.
Have you tried running Coreelec on the Pi4 ?

Sorry but I don't have a fix for you. You might want to read post #13 in the following thread:

Are you sure it's Bluetooth ?
Your Amazon link goes to an RF & IR Air Mouse - not Bluetooth

Did you try the HDMI output jack from your Brix ?
Did you try another HDMI input jack on your TV ?

What is your hardware and how is it connected ?
Have you selected EXPERT in settings ?
Did you try all the audio settings in Kodi ?

Hi,
I've got an Intel Skull Canyon NUC with an AMD GPU inside.
Everything works very smooth, but sometimes I get an echo too as described above ...
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Thanks. I have 2 older Intel i5 NUC's running Libreelec and our Sony TV is from 2009. They are still running like new, so no need to replace them yet but the wife likes her Candy Crush and using her phone for that is getting cumbersome.

My wife would like to play Candy Crush on our 10 year old Sony LCD TV. Before we order an Amazon Fire Stick, is there a Candy Crush Addon for Libreelec or Kodi ?

You won't get any help here unless you remove all banned addons and post a clean log
