LE is NOT designed to be anything but "Just enough OS for Kodi", As I mentioned before, try OSMC,

You've been here before so you should know the rules - I assume you have read them.
My suggestion is, if you can't be bothered to provide any information, then I can't be bothered to provide any assistance.

1. Try the new LE 8.90.003 Here
2. Check the UEFI settings in the BIOS
3. Try "run" so that LE is installed on the USB
4. Can you explain "what everything goes fine until the end of installation." Were there any error messages?
I cannot see any reason why "live" works but install doesn't.

AFAIK you cannot do what you require. You could wait for someone more experienced to reply, try OSMC which does not have the install restrictions, or look for a docker solution. Or try all of the them.

What exactly at you doing on twitch? I've just tested on a RPi3+ and everything seems fine.

Remotes are a PITA - there are so many variants with each having their own protocols, that is almost impossible to support.
This might help IR. Also others have reported success with FLIRC. I personally gave in and just use a KB.

it maybe to far from the router but I had android and kodi working previously well up there and then that stopped working so I though I'd try libre,
Almost certainly a wifi issue - internal antenna are not the greatest and performance can even be affected by the weather, positioning and even . Using a USB wifi adapter with a large antenna will certainly help - so too using 5Ghz, or use home plugs - where you connect via your house wiring.
QuoteIs android still running when i boot libre from sd card?
No Android is not running. If you want to return to Android, just remove the SD card and reboot.

I think this is a timing issue between the shares becoming available and the refresh function. Try selecting Wait for Network in Settings --> LE - Network

8.2.5: 20 second boot time
8.90.003: 1 minute 15 second boot time.
However, about a minute is lost here.

Can you post logfile from 8.90.003 with debug set as explained in my signature.

Did you use the search function on the forum?
1. Yes: However, depending on the remote a lot of work may be needed. AML remotes, Wiki
2. Not too sure. My guess is that you can't on the cheaper boxes. Although the HDD will be unmounted. It's up to the H/W if it kills power to the USB.
3. 8TB
4. Some boxes do, others don't. However, all will allow you to boot from SD card (LE) whilst keeping Android on eMMC.
5. A bit of reading required. Box-guide

Which RPi? 2,3 or 3+?
50% seems very high especially on 4 cores, so I'm guessing decoding.
Stick with 8.90.003 and provide full debug logs (as explained in my signature), also the output of
dmesg | paste
top -b -n 30 | paste (When twitch is running)
You could also try increasing the buffer in .kodi/userdate/advancedsettings.xml - but this is a last resort as the default settings should suffice.
Code<advancedsettings> <cache> <buffermode>1</buffermode> <memorysize>262144000</memorysize> <readfactor>20</readfactor> </cache></advancedsettings>
Note: This is the MAX. For 24/7 systems you'll need to reduce the memorysize as Kodi uses 3x this value.

1) I've noticed that the addon - www-iplayer, does not seem to be working. Can anyone else confirm this. Although this is not a LE issue, it's nice to know what is not working.
2) Long boot times reported on X86. See Here

You need to enter the pihole container name as used on your machine (docker ps -a) not "pihole_container_name".
Still best to stick with 3,3.
