Dim screensaver shows video on Cubox/imx6

    I have the same problem as discussed in this thread

    but since it was a bit old, I'm starting a new one.

    Just like in the above mentioned thread, I have the CuBox-i4Pro and experience the problem with the Dim screensaver showing the last frame of the last played video when activating.

    I can't remember when this issue was introduced, but I would say in beginning of Kodi 17 in LibreELEC.

    I had some hope that is was a bug in Kodi that would eventually be ironed out but it still persists even with a clean installation of LE, latest version as of now; LibreELEC (Krypton) v8.1.1 BETA

    The thing is, that after all this time I still don't know for a fact, if it is a problem in Kodi or LE. Everything else works as intended, it is just a aesthetic thing that is highly annoying.

    I can't reproduce the issue on any other platform running LE, for example my WeTek play.

    What can I do to help close in on the issue?
