    hi,

    have a minix u1,s905 , with jarvis 16.1 on a sd card , can i make an update to krypton 17.3 or do i have to make a new sd card, and if so (witch img do i use)????the device tree wil be the one with the U1 name in it i supose? i want to be sure to make no mistake!!!!(new sd card)

    The device tree from jarvis will not work with the latest builds, as those use a newer kernel version. So I recommend copying both the tar file as well as the appropriate dtb file to the "update" folder using samba and then reboot the device to apply the update.

    sorry if i used the wrong thread, but thanks to both , the update was a succes putting the img file and the u1 device tree in the update map, everyting went smootly, now i can explore my new 4K television!
