Intel NUC, wired connection wont work,

intel nuc6cayh running newest build from escalade. Ethernet worked in the past but one day just stopped getting a IP address. Feels like its disabled.

I had this same issue when we were going through our refresh rate problem. Thought I was going to have to send it back, but I took it apart and re-seated my ram and it started working again and has been ok ever since. When I had the problem I even installed windows thinking maybe it was a linux issue but it did not work in windows either.

drivers - Intel e1000e Ethernet not working - Ask Ubuntu based on this it seems to be a bios issue. So pulling out the nuc and waiting 10 minutes helped. Just as changing hardware configuration helped in your case. will see how long it will last..
