/storage/.config/remote.conf not working

    Guys,

    I'm trying to map a NEC compatible remote to my Wetek Core. I copied a config to the mentioned path but after reboot it's not picked up. Can someone comment on this or help me getting this file recognised?

    If i look to this code: LibreELEC.tv/remote-config at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub it looks like it will always use the standard remote.conf in the /etc/amremote directory so this could explain why it isn't working.

    Manually running /usr/bin/remotecfg /storage/.config/remote.conf also doesn't help

    I hope someone can help with this!

    it looks like /storage/.config/remote.conf should be parsed first but it isn't

    I'll have to put a fix in.

    Guys,

    I inserted a FLIRC USB receiver and now i'm able to use my harmony remote. For me the problem is solved, but the fix will help other users wanting to have a custom remote.xml
