Libreelec on RPi3 with SCART adapter does not work on analog TV in Uzbekistan

Hi all,

first of all I have tried it on my RPi3 and old analog tv via SCART adapter in Germany, and it worked fine. I sent my RPi3 to Uzbekistan but there they tried on 2 analog TVs and it did not work. On boot TV just shows LibreElec logo and then just black screen. Do TVs in Usbekistan have another analog input?

Any hints would be highly appreciated

There are multiple settings that could be applicable.

Have a look on the RPi's possible video settings in this link.
