No. You have to enable it in the Kodi settings

Why "Libreelec" resolution switching? Doesnt this happen with kodi on other platforms too, I think I remember seeing the same settings under player>videos. Are we referring to the settings "automatically adjust refresh rate to match display" here or something else?

 I heard that this feature doesn't work on Android based Kodi.
