I am using Libreelec 7.0.2
Rpi2 doesn't show up in Upnp. I have to re-enable the option to make it appear every time i reboot.
I am using bubbleupnp and rpi2 as a renderer. Please fix it, its really pain to always re-enable that option while its check.
DLNA,UPNP Problem.

How about you supply a debug log then?

Well I can't make sense of what the problem, but can you say whether you have "wait on network before starting kodi" option enabled? (In libreelec settings).
