I just registered for this board. First, I want to say thank you to folks that have developed and made this alternative OS available. I found my way here because I was having difficulty updating a preloaded TV box with Kodi 17.3. Someone suggested I just load LibreElec.
This is what I'm working with. An Ott Q Box with Android 5.1, 2.4G/5G Amlogic S905, with Kodi 16.0. I've recently deleted Kodi in my attempt to update. My first question, is my box suitable for LibreElec.
If it is, I hope there is a step by step for dummies on how to accomplish the software loading.
Thanks again folks and I hope to get a bit smarter on LibreElec. I have done some reading and will do more.
