crosscompile with ffmpeg 3.3-kodi

Hi guys, trying to crosscompile LE master for the RPi3 with ffmpeg 3.3.

Unfortunately the following patches are failing to apply:
ffmpeg-99.1001-pfcd_hevc_optimisations.patch

You would need to fix the patch, or wait for the LE team to update it. Why do you want to upgrade ffmpeg?

I wanted to try the new video player updates from FernetMenta

Learn how diff/patch works, make changes manually and update patch accordingly.

That doesn't require ffmpeg 3.3.
Last night's milhouse build includes the vpupdates commits (without bumping ffmpeg).
