Are there any working addons for either Google Music or Spotify paid family accounts?
I've read threads on Kodi Community Forum that suggest there are one or two but they may not be fully working.
Any recommendations?

Both are available, I guess only you can decide if they work correctly. However, be aware that if they are classed as banned addons or from a banned repo, then LE will NOT offer any support for your device.

Are there any legit add-ons for streaming music services?
I was hoping to add Kodi to a family plan of one of them. -

Can't really help - you can install them at your own risk - but if they don't work then don't ask for help here.
Paid subscriptions - are nothing to do with Kodi.
I'm sure you could find a legit streaming service if you look. -
I have used MusConv.com software once as addons for Spotify, and it worked well. You can try it.
