Just installed latest Libreelec version on Odroid C2 with Kodi V17.1 I am in desperate of adding a web-browser. Any recommendation, please.

Chromium is only available in LibreELEC for Intel x86-64 hardware.

There is always web viewer script.web.viewer but it only shows text and doesn't render pages - probably not what you are looking for but.....
