Originally this fault was observed on Openelec 6.95.3 but it is present in Librelec 7.0.1 as well. I have two AMD based HTPC at home and both suffer by this fault.
After the system wakes up from sleep via CEC there is no sound on the HDMI output. Recovery is to go to Settings/System menu. Nothing needs to be changed. When I enter to System submenu the audio comes back immediatelly.

Same issue for me, how do you solved it ?
In my case, there was no issue on Openelec 6.0.3, it happened after updating to LibreElec 7.0.3.
I will try a fresh install of LibreElec as soon as possible...
I have not find solution yet. It sometimes works sometimes does not.
I managed to reproduce the fault.
Wakeup happenes at 19:38:56
There is no sound until I step into the Settings/System menu. Then the sound immediatelly recovers at 19:40:20
There are many ALSA sound card related log entries I cannot evaluate.
Any suggestion?

The problem is still present in v7.90.008.
