Black screen on startup after install 7.x *elec

Hi.
After the upgrade (or clear install) on LibreElec 7.x.x (or openelec 6.95.x), when loading i have only a black screen with mouse cursor with custom xorg.conf.
Without xorg.conf i have "failed to start xorg server" msg on boot or same black screen.
After several reboots kodi work fine.
On 6.x versions all work fine with and without xorg.conf

What to do?

CPU: x86 Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1037U
GPU: NVIDIA + Intel

No, I do not need Nvidia GPU. But Nvidia chip soldered on the motherboard. (Pegatron Venus mini-itx platform). You offer me unsolder GPU ?

And all older version (6.0.3 and lower) work for me.
But OpenELEC 6.95.1, 6.95.2, 6.95.3 & LibreELEC 7.0.1 have this issue.

There are no settings in the BIOS.
There is only iGPU Frame Buffer size and DVMT memory size. That's all

touch /storage/.config/udev.rules.d/96-nvidia.rules

if this not work pls rename to 99-nvidia.rules
