CEC problem with 7.95.3

    Hello,

    I would like to refer a problem when upgrading my Raspberry Pi 3 to LibreElec 7.95.3:
    Some TV remote buttons stopped functioning: Rewind, Fast Forward, Play/Pause & Stop.
    No problem with the rest of the buttons: Cursors, OK.
    Worked normally with 7.95.2
    My TV: Panasonic TX-P42V10E
    Some problem with CEC upgrade I suppose, please check.

    i can confirm this problem. Raspberry 2 with LibreElec 7.95.3 -> Onkyo TX-SR608 -> Panasonic GT30E
    Sporadically the connection completely fails and i must reboot.
    Everything OK with version 7.95.2.

    It seems that 7.95.3 CEC implementation is nearly the same with 8.0.0
    Some CEC functionality was omitted for some devices after 7.95.3!
    Can you please check & fix them in a later release?
