MXQ S805 Tinc VPN

I've got Libreelec/Kodi 16.01 on my MXQ S805, and I'm trying to get a vpn to work. I've enabled Tinc but I'm lost as to how to use it?
Can anyone hep please?

Good Morning! I'm using KODI / LibreELEC installed on an Android TV Box (MXQ S805). I signed up for VPN99 and I can not add VPN to the System. Can someone help me?

My TV Box is the MXQ Amlogic S805 and my VPN Provider is the VPN99.

read this,basically install the vpn manager, & use the user defined settings
