Audio broken after standby, fixed by opening system settings

Hi,

my problem is, that audio is always not working after resuming from standby. Simply entering Settings/System fixes this. Audio is put out over HDMI.

LibreELEC Version: LibreELEC (Jarvis) v7.0.1 MR
Bug occured since 1st LE Version i am using: LibreELEC (Jarvis) v7.0 BETA1
Bug was never present in OE (don't know exact version i was using before, but latest when LE7 B1 came out)

Hardware specs:

CPU: AMD A4-4000
GPU: CPU integrated (lspci states Radeon HD 7480D)
Mainboard: Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H
PulseEight USB - CEC Adapter

Reproduction steps (logfile times in braces):

Put system into standby (21:24:24)
Resume from Standby (21:24:50)
- Audio is dead - no navigation sounds, nor TV or movie playback (regardless if passtrough or pcm stream)
Enter Settings/System (21:25:04)
- Audio is working immediately (mayba a second later)
