Dual Audio - Bluetooth + HDMI ?

So i have the Pi3 and i want to have my audio output to both my HDMI and my bluetooth.

is this possible?

Yes, you have to use pulseaudio though and the hdmi audio quality will suffer.

Yes I can get Bluetooth working through pulse, but no sound through HDMI... None at all

You have to use dtparam=audio=on in config.txt
Then reboot

Then you can see the hdmi device in pulseaudio and use the combined sink module
