I'm not sure if its LE issue, but moving from OE to LE i lost a certain functionality.
Its about scrapers. Building music library in OE i got almost all CD and artists artworks. In LE i get only few. Using All music or TheAudioDB, with all options enabled.
What happend. Or its Kodi (17) problem or its addons problem?
General LE music scrapers issue.

There are quite a few differences in the scrapers used/embedded between Kodi Isengard and Kodi Krypton - it's not about distro. I've seen the same but haven't been able to dedicate any time to figuring out what combination of stuff is needed to get better scraping.

Current behaviour is the sum of changes by Kodi team and various add-on contributors. I'm not sure waiting will achieve anything as those upstream exist in a state of ignorance (and Music is the bastard child to all-important video). You're much better off poking around to see if you can get a better result.
