The LG G6 thinks the Pi is a PC and dims out a lot of video settings.

Change the configuration of the HDMI port on the TV then.

Thanks, used the LG home hub to set the port to HDMI, still triggers the problem

Switch to another HDMI port then. Your TV mishandling the native RGB output from an Intel/AMD/nVidia GPU is not a problem we are going to solve with software dumbfcukery.
