[x86-64] Moonlight on LibreELEC 12.2.1

    Hello everyone!
    I have a mini PC with an Intel N97 CPU. I installed LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-12.2.1 on it, and everything else is working great.

    I would now like to use this mini PC as a Moonlight client to stream games from another PC running Apollo (Sunshine fork) to my TV.
    I tried using this Moonlight Qt plugin:

    The connection to the host works and I can hear the audio, but there is no video output at all.
    Moonlight also reports the following error:

    "No functioning hardware accelerated video decoder was detected by Moonlight. Your streaming performance may be severely degraded in this configuration."

    As far as I can tell, Moonlight is not using hardware video decoding on the Intel N97, which may be the reason why I get audio but no video.
    What would be the correct way to get Moonlight working on LibreELEC 12.2.1 with hardware-accelerated video decoding?
    Is there a different Moonlight version, plugin, Kodi add-on, or configuration that I should use?

    I've always had similar issues when attempting to use the various game-streamer plugins that have come and gone over the years.

    Not usually the exact same problem each time, but there was always *something*, from either the LibreELEC platform or the Kodi architecture and the way they hooked into the hardware that made them non-viable/too-annoying to use consistently/conveniently.

    However ... thanks to @HiassofT, with the LE13 branch from May onwards, there's now FlatPak support built in and the both official SteamLink client and Moonlight have FlatPak'ed packages that work great.

    It's the first time the stuff has Just Worked[tm] for me with all the intended functionality (N97 & N300 with LibreELEC 13 x86-Generic Nightly builds)

    Thanks a lot for your reply, have you already tried the Moonlight Flatpak in LE 13?
    Can i update from LE 12 to LE 13 without loosing my settings?
